Waratah Art Card
These Australian made greeting cards are from Bell Art
Bell Art was inspired by the love of the Australian bush. It evolved from Australian still-life artist's Meryl Bell's desire to capture Australian native flora and share their unique beauty with the world.
The Waratah is one of Australia's nine magnificent floral emblems. The generic name Telopea is derived from the Greek work telopos meaning ‘seen from afar.’ Earlier settlers adopted the Aboriginal name Waratah for this handsome plant, which was officially proclaimed the floral emblem of New South Wales in 1962.
