CURRENT CHANGES TO OUR SHIPPING:
We have made some small changes to our shipping here at Sustainable Fashion given the events happening around the world right now:
1. We are holding off making any appointments at our home studio. If you live locally and would like to pickup your order, then you can select this as an option at checkout. Contactless exchanges or returns can be organised at our home studio if needed also, simply contact us to arrange a time.
2. Australia Post has made some changes to its deliveries. Delivery times are taking a little longer, though express shipping is still the fastest option. If you would like to read in more detail the changes Australia Post has made you can read about them here...
OUR SHIPPING RATES REMAIN THE SAME:
All orders greater than $200 delivered in AUSTRALIA (or $300 WORLDWIDE) have FREE SHIPPING
Flat rate shipping applies for all other orders: in AUSTRALIA $9.95 ($15 express) or WORLDWIDE $25
Orders will be dispatched the following business day (Monday - Thursday) and can be expected to arrive 2-7 business days within Australia and 5-10 business days outside Australia.
All parcels sent within Australia require a signature on delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is suitable for receiving your order during business hours.
Parcels are delivered using Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed to you.
This can be selected as an option at checkout for Australian customers with a flat rate of $15. Tracking details will be emailed to you.
Deliveries outside Australia are sent using Australia Post. Tracking details will be emailed to you when your parcel is on its way.
Duties and taxes may be payable by customers for deliveries sent outside Australia. Please check your relevant local authorities for details if unsure.
We are more than happy to accommodate any special requests for deliveries. For example if you have a safe place you wish your parcel to be left without a signature, include this in the notes section of the shopping cart (we are not responsible for any lost items though). You are able to enter a business address during the checkout process for delivery also.
We do have the option to purchase gift vouchers for your friends & family. A code will automatically be emailed to you and you can request a PDF to print that we will email separately, just request this in the notes section. Please note we are also happy to include a handwritten note with a purchase if you wish to send a present directly to someone special. Again include any details as a note and we will get in touch if there are any questions (don't worry we will not include a copy of the invoice with any gifts sent).
