We have put together this page as an introduction to hopefully help answer some of your most frequently asked questions.

- WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Sarah patternmakes, samples and wear tests all the styles and we have local makers who sew production.
Some of our accessories are sourced from other Australian suppliers who all make their products in Australia also.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ship orders on Mon-Thurs each week and if your order is received before 11am (AEST) on these days then it will normally be shipped the same day.
All orders are sent using Australia Post and deliveries generally take 2-7 business days.
If you would like to get your order as quickly as possible we have a flat rate express shipping option of $15 for Australian orders.

- I LIVE IN BRISBANE SO IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICKUP MY ORDER?
You sure can. Just enter the code 'studiopickup' when at the checkout and shipping will be free. You can add in the notes when you would like to pickup your order from our home studio and we will send you an email after we receive your order to confirm the pickup time.
- CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
As a small business it is easy to make changes to your order if needed.
It is always best to email as soon as possible as we often ship orders same day, but simply reply to your order confirmation if you would like to add anything or change a size etc.
You can always message or call us during business hours on 0480 276 589 if you prefer too as this is often quicker.
If your change needs additional payment we will simply email you with an order to complete.
- WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE?
No plastic is used for any of our packaging and we have just successfully trialled a home compostable green satchel that we now use for all your orders.
Sarah wraps your orders in recyclable kraft for extra security, with a small amount of masking tape. After removing the tape, everything is able to go into your home compost or worm farm!
- WHERE ARE YOUR FABRICS MADE?
A large portion of both the Bestowed and RANT collections are knit fabrics, and almost all of these are 100% Australian made. Our organic cottons, bamboo and merino are the main knits that we have locally made.
Our woven fabrics are sourced from local agents here in Australia and these textiles come from Japan, South Korea and Italy.
- HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Returns are easy to organise and we are happy for you to send back items if they have their tags attached and are unworn.
Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you are sending back and whether you would like to organise an exchange or refund.
Your first exchange is shipped for free though you are responsible for sending items back. Lots of our customers reuse our packaging to post returns which is great to see!
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your order being received and further details on returns, including our postal address, can be seen here...
- AN ITEM I WAS WANTING IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU BE MAKING MORE?
It is always worthwhile contacting us if an item is out of stock to see if we will be making it again. If it is in our Clearance section then we will be unlikely making more anytime soon, but both RANT and Bestowed have quite a few styles we have been running for many years because of their popularity.
- ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN FRIENDLY?
Our Bestowed label is made from only pure cotton so the entire range is naturally vegan friendly.
RANT also uses, cotton, bamboo, tencel and cellulose blends which are all vegan friendly. There are however, a range of accessories with silk and we produce a range of merino layers under RANT. The Australian wool we source is certified non-mulesed by the RSPCA and is also made in Australia.
- CAN I LAYBUY?
Yes, we are happy to organise laybuys offline. Just contact us with the items you were wanting and we will send through an invoice with our bank details which you can then make part payments over time.
