Come celebrate the launch of the new collaboration between Sarah and local artist Lesley Kendall.
After the success of the 'Grevillea' collection in 2017, the latest RANT collection sees Sarah collaborating again with artist and friend Lesley Kendall. This time Sarah was inspired by the paper sculptures of the Richmond Birdwing butterfly that Les had made as part of her residency for the Tiny Giants project at Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve (you can read more about this in our recent Journal entry).
The paper sculptures of this vulnerable butterfly and it's host plant that Les created have been translated into digitally printed fabrics. The stunning result will be in full show at the exclusive Pop Up event at the end of October during the following times.
Saturday 29th October: 12pm - 7pm
Sunday 30th October: 9am - 2pm
Taking part for these 2 days only, the event will be part fashion boutique and part art gallery. Experience the full range of new RANT styles alongside handmade paper sculptures from Les that will also be available for sale. Sarah and Les will be there for the entire event, so come and meet the artist and designer as well as enjoy the beautiful selection of art and fashion available.
The location will be at Sarah's local pilates studio 'One Body' which is near the corner of Payne Rd and Waterworks Rd at The Gap, QLD 4061. We have put an image from the street to show that there is parking right outside the venue, though there is more underneath the studio (you will see this on the right as you head towards The Gap Handyman Centre). There is also street parking on Payne Rd if needed.
