Pure snuggles! The Facade coat is must have for winters, a perfect coat to transform any outfit to be cold-friendly. This coat is made from super soft Australian made ethical merino jersey, no prickly wool here!
We have added many features to this style to add to the customisation of this adaptable outer layer. The pockets and back yoke are made from a heavier stretch merino wool. The attached scarf on the neckline, is a merino rib designed to wrap around to provide extra warmth and comfort, or worn loose to have a flowing look.
There are two sets of ties attached to the top of the pockets at each side seam. These can be left loose or tied to hold the coat wrapped around your body.
There is something special about this coat when it is worn loose and is flowing behind you as you walk. A real head-turner, but at the same time the most comfortable warm coat you will ever wear.

FABRIC
Main part 100% Australian merino jersey, with pockets and back yoke from 95% Australian merino 5% spandex for stretch and return. Our merino wools are ethically certified by RSPCA.
CARE
Machine washable on a wool cycle. These have been pre-washed for you at our RANT studio, in rainwater.
Store this coat folded like you would with a knitted jumper. As it's made from many metres of fabric it becomes weighty when left on a coat hanger.

FIT
This is a loose fit, with 3 sizes (S,M,L).
X-small will fit a small and x-large will fit a large.
Our model Zhoe is 175cm tall and wears size small in this style.
NOTE- the Facade can be trimmed off at the hem to shorten if needed.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday with a cutoff time of 11am (Brisbane time). All parcels require a signature on delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is suitable for receiving your order during business hours.
SHIPPING RATES
FREE SHIPPING applies for all orders greater than $200.
FLATE RATE shipping applies for other orders of $9.95 or $15 if you would like Express shipping.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you live locally and would like to pickup your order, use the code 'studiopickup' at the checkout to remove any shipping charges. We will contact you to confirm your order and organise a suitable pickup time.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We are more than happy to accommodate any special requests for deliveries. For example if you have a safe place you wish your parcel to be left without a signature, include this in the notes section of the shopping cart (we are not responsible for any lost items though). You are able to enter a business address during the checkout process for delivery also.
GIFTS
We do have the option to purchase gift vouchers for your friends & family. A code will automatically be emailed to you and you can request a PDF to print that we will email separately, just request this in the notes section. Please note we are also happy to include a handwritten note with a purchase if you wish to send a present directly to someone special. Again include any details as a note and we will get in touch if there are any questions (don't worry we will not include a copy of the invoice with any gifts sent).
TRACKING
Parcels are delivered using Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed to you.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES
We no longer deliver parcels outside of Australia.

Returns
We are happy for you to return items for a refund or exchange. To organise a return, items must be unused and in original condition, so all tags must still be attached. Please take care when trying clothes on to ensure no pet hair or strong smells are present also.
COMPLETING YOUR RETURN
To complete your return, simply email us (contact@sustainablefashion.com.au) with details of your request and send your items to: Sustainable Fashion, 4 Warralong St, The Gap, QLD 4061 AUSTRALIA. Once your return is received, we will email you with a response.
FREE EXCHANGE
While you will need to organise your own shipping of the return item, to simply exchange for a different size we will send the first exchange free of charge.
We can also exchange for a different item if you like. Any difference will be refunded or if further payment is required we will simply send through an order to complete to pay for the difference.
REFUNDS
Shipping costs are non-refundable, but of course if an item is found to be faulty on return, all postage costs will be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.SENDING YOUR RETURN
We recommend using registered post when sending items back as we are not responsible for any lost items during transit.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
