These hot water bottles are 100% Australian made with Australian Merino Sheepskin.
Crafted with intention and wrapped with love.
Hottie is made from Australian made sheepskin making it the last hot water bottle cover you will ever need to purchase. Using A-grade, eco-tanned, pure Australian sheepskin, it offers a snuggly experience that stays warm for many hours.
Each Hottie is hand cut and sewn, then press studs are added so there is no chance of breaking zippers.
The bladder insert is sourced from Germany, for its quality, safety and longevity. Every aspect has been carefully considered to make it the best hot water bottle experience that money can buy.
We fell in love with these, so we decided to sell them as part of the Australian made selection. We describe the experience as feeling like a snuggly cat on your lap; constant warmth, calming weight with a soft fluffy texture that you can dig your fingers into.
FABRIC
100% Australian Merino Wool Sheepskin.
German made hot water bladder.
CARE
Spot clean with a damp cloth if needed. Wool is naturally antimicrobial so will remain fresh and clean.
DO NOT machine wash or tumble dry.
Brush to keep soft and fluffy.
Avoid getting water on the sheepskin.
FIT
One size - Perfect to snuggle with or sit on your lap.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday with a cutoff time of 11am (Brisbane time). All parcels require a signature on delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is suitable for receiving your order during business hours.
SHIPPING RATES
FREE SHIPPING applies for all orders greater than $200.
FLATE RATE shipping applies for other orders of $9.95 or $15 if you would like Express shipping.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you live locally and would like to pickup your order, use the code 'studiopickup' at the checkout to remove any shipping charges. We will contact you to confirm your order and organise a suitable pickup time.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We are more than happy to accommodate any special requests for deliveries. For example if you have a safe place you wish your parcel to be left without a signature, include this in the notes section of the shopping cart (we are not responsible for any lost items though). You are able to enter a business address during the checkout process for delivery also.
GIFTS
We do have the option to purchase gift vouchers for your friends & family. A code will automatically be emailed to you and you can request a PDF to print that we will email separately, just request this in the notes section. Please note we are also happy to include a handwritten note with a purchase if you wish to send a present directly to someone special. Again include any details as a note and we will get in touch if there are any questions (don't worry we will not include a copy of the invoice with any gifts sent).
TRACKING
Parcels are delivered using Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed to you.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES
We no longer deliver parcels outside of Australia.

Returns
We are happy for you to return items for a refund or exchange. To organise a return, items must be unused and in original condition, so all tags must still be attached. Please take care when trying clothes on to ensure no pet hair or strong smells are present also.
COMPLETING YOUR RETURN
To complete your return, simply email us (contact@sustainablefashion.com.au) with details of your request and send your items to: Sustainable Fashion, 4 Warralong St, The Gap, QLD 4061 AUSTRALIA. Once your return is received, we will email you with a response.
FREE EXCHANGE
While you will need to organise your own shipping of the return item, to simply exchange for a different size we will send the first exchange free of charge.
We can also exchange for a different item if you like. Any difference will be refunded or if further payment is required we will simply send through an order to complete to pay for the difference.
REFUNDS
Shipping costs are non-refundable, but of course if an item is found to be faulty on return, all postage costs will be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.SENDING YOUR RETURN
We recommend using registered post when sending items back as we are not responsible for any lost items during transit.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
