This shrug is a drapey hip length style that can be layered over any outfit to add warmth without bulk or weight. The shawl style neckline keeps the back of your neck warm and the sleeves are loose enough to layer over winter long sleeved tops. The Marni Shrug is a simple style that highlights the beautiful nature of the fine merino jersey. Super soft and not prickly at all!
The sleeves are turned under and coverstitched at their hem but the front edge and bottom hem are left raw to keep the garment light and floaty.
This style has also been prewashed for you in rainwater at our home studio.
FABRIC
100% Merino wool - certified ethical by RSCPA. Made in Australia.
145gsm - This is the fabric weight, you can learn more about that here.
CARE
It is washable, either with a warm handwash or machine washed on a wool cycle with an approved wool detergent.
This garment features a raw hem edge . After subsequent washing it might have a few loose threads. Don’t worry your garment isn’t faulty or unravelling! Just simply trim any of the bits that you don’t like (doesn’t need to be super precise!) and it will be all good to go.

FIT
Comes in 5 sizes as it is a loose open cardigan.
Our model Zhoe is 175cm tall and wears size small in this style.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday with a cutoff time of 11am (Brisbane time). All parcels require a signature on delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is suitable for receiving your order during business hours.
SHIPPING RATES
FREE SHIPPING applies for all orders greater than $200.
FLATE RATE shipping applies for other orders of $9.95 or $15 if you would like Express shipping.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you live locally and would like to pickup your order, use the code 'studiopickup' at the checkout to remove any shipping charges. We will contact you to confirm your order and organise a suitable pickup time.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We are more than happy to accommodate any special requests for deliveries. For example if you have a safe place you wish your parcel to be left without a signature, include this in the notes section of the shopping cart (we are not responsible for any lost items though). You are able to enter a business address during the checkout process for delivery also.
GIFTS
We do have the option to purchase gift vouchers for your friends & family. A code will automatically be emailed to you and you can request a PDF to print that we will email separately, just request this in the notes section. Please note we are also happy to include a handwritten note with a purchase if you wish to send a present directly to someone special. Again include any details as a note and we will get in touch if there are any questions (don't worry we will not include a copy of the invoice with any gifts sent).
TRACKING
Parcels are delivered using Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed to you.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES
We no longer deliver parcels outside of Australia.

Returns
We are happy for you to return items for a refund or exchange. To organise a return, items must be unused and in original condition, so all tags must still be attached. Please take care when trying clothes on to ensure no pet hair or strong smells are present also.
COMPLETING YOUR RETURN
To complete your return, simply email us (contact@sustainablefashion.com.au) with details of your request and send your items to: Sustainable Fashion, 4 Warralong St, The Gap, QLD 4061 AUSTRALIA. Once your return is received, we will email you with a response.
FREE EXCHANGE
While you will need to organise your own shipping of the return item, to simply exchange for a different size we will send the first exchange free of charge.
We can also exchange for a different item if you like. Any difference will be refunded or if further payment is required we will simply send through an order to complete to pay for the difference.
REFUNDS
Shipping costs are non-refundable, but of course if an item is found to be faulty on return, all postage costs will be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.SENDING YOUR RETURN
We recommend using registered post when sending items back as we are not responsible for any lost items during transit.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
