Harping back to the original RANT styles, this Synthesis wrap is a style using a vintage fabric from 20 years ago. To make the best use from this precious fabric, it has been carefully handcut into styles and very limited edition.
The Synthesis wrap is designed to add texture and pattern to an outfit to elevate it to something extra special. The 90cm wide panel is designed to gather a little and only cover a portion of your hips so the skirt, dress or pants can also be seen underneath. The panel is joined to a wide casing made from a Japanese cotton twill fabric that is very soft and has a sheen to the surface. The casing is then threaded onto a soft elastic belt which is secured with a set of D-Rings. This soft elastic belting and brass (with a dark finish) D-Ring set is part of the beautiful haberdashery sourced from Japan to offer a touch of luxury.
Because we think the Synthesis wrap looks so good over the Banksii petticoat (they were designed to go together) if you purchase both pieces together a 10% discount will automatically be applied at the checkout off both items.
This style is prewashed in rainwater at our home studio.
FABRIC
100% silk base with 100% cotton bias strips to decorate. Vintage fabric.
Casing: 100% soft cotton twill, fabric made in Japan.
Belt: 79% Nylon 21% Polyurethane Elastic made in Japan.
D Ring set is a brass with a dark finish, made in Japan.
CARE
Handwash is needed and air dry in shade. No pressing needed as the natural texture is perfect as is.
FIT
The decorative panel is 90cm wide x 60cm long. Belt is 120cm long elastic.
Our model Zhoe is 175cm tall.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday with a cutoff time of 11am (Brisbane time). All parcels require a signature on delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is suitable for receiving your order during business hours.
SHIPPING RATES
FREE SHIPPING applies for all orders greater than $200.
FLATE RATE shipping applies for other orders of $9.95 or $15 if you would like Express shipping.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you live locally and would like to pickup your order, use the code 'studiopickup' at the checkout to remove any shipping charges. We will contact you to confirm your order and organise a suitable pickup time.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We are more than happy to accommodate any special requests for deliveries. For example if you have a safe place you wish your parcel to be left without a signature, include this in the notes section of the shopping cart (we are not responsible for any lost items though). You are able to enter a business address during the checkout process for delivery also.
GIFTS
We do have the option to purchase gift vouchers for your friends & family. A code will automatically be emailed to you and you can request a PDF to print that we will email separately, just request this in the notes section. Please note we are also happy to include a handwritten note with a purchase if you wish to send a present directly to someone special. Again include any details as a note and we will get in touch if there are any questions (don't worry we will not include a copy of the invoice with any gifts sent).
TRACKING
Parcels are delivered using Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed to you.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES
We no longer deliver parcels outside of Australia.

Returns
We are happy for you to return items for a refund or exchange. To organise a return, items must be unused and in original condition, so all tags must still be attached. Please take care when trying clothes on to ensure no pet hair or strong smells are present also.
COMPLETING YOUR RETURN
To complete your return, simply email us (contact@sustainablefashion.com.au) with details of your request and send your items to: Sustainable Fashion, 4 Warralong St, The Gap, QLD 4061 AUSTRALIA. Once your return is received, we will email you with a response.
FREE EXCHANGE
While you will need to organise your own shipping of the return item, to simply exchange for a different size we will send the first exchange free of charge.
We can also exchange for a different item if you like. Any difference will be refunded or if further payment is required we will simply send through an order to complete to pay for the difference.
REFUNDS
Shipping costs are non-refundable, but of course if an item is found to be faulty on return, all postage costs will be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.SENDING YOUR RETURN
We recommend using registered post when sending items back as we are not responsible for any lost items during transit.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
